CafeLand - Công ty Cổ phần Địa ốc Sài Gòn Thương Tín (TTC Land) vừa bị Tổng cục Thuế truy thu, xử phạt tổng số tiền gần 10 tỷ đồng vì khai sai thuế.

Theo đó, TTC Land có hành vi khai sai dẫn đến thiếu số tiền thuế phải nộp. Cụ thể, công ty đã khai thiếu gần 7,8 tỷ đồng thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp và thuế thu nhập cá nhân.

TTC Land bị phạt tiền với mức phạt 20% tính trên số thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp, thuế thu nhập cá nhân khai thiếu, tương ứng số tiền 1,55 tỷ đồng.

Đồng thời, bị truy thu gần 7,8 tỷ đồng tiền thuế bị thiếu. Trong đó, thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp là 7,6 tỷ đồng; thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp tạm nộp 1% là 49 triệu đồng và thuế thu nhập cá nhân 124 triệu đồng.

Ngoài ra, TTC Land phải nộp thêm tiền chậm nộp tính đến hết ngày 14/11/2019 là 533 triệu đồng.

Tổng cục Thuế cũng yêu cầu TTC Land hoàn tất nộp khoản thuế truy thu và tiền phạt trong vòng 10 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được quyết định. Quá thời hạn trên, công ty sẽ bị cưỡng chế thi hành quyết định hành chính thuế theo qui định của pháp luật.

Theo báo cáo tài chính hợp nhất, 9 tháng năm 2019, TTC Land ghi nhận doanh thu giảm 64% còn 739 tỷ đồng; lợi nhuận sau thuế cổ đông công ty mẹ tăng 50% lên 304 tỷ đồng, hoàn thành 25% kế hoạch doanh thu và 95% lợi nhuận năm.

Doanh nghiệp này hiện sở hữu 27 dự án đã và đang bàn giao. Hiện tổng tài sản TTC Land hơn 11.000 tỷ đồng, tổng quỹ đất trên 1.500 ha.

Mới đây, Lotte E&C, thông qua công ty con tại Việt Nam – Lotte Land đã cho biết sẽ rót 100 triệu USD vào thực hiện các dự án của TTC Land.
